Demersal campaign under the National Biological Sampling Program (PNAB)

The "DEMERSAL 2021" campaign integrated in the National Biological Sampling Program (PNAB) has started onboard the RV Mário Ruivo, and will take place from 22th September – 23th October.

As part of the data collection integrated in the National Biological Sampling Program (PNAB), whose implementation is the responsibility of IPMA Modelling and Management of Fisheries Resources Division (DivRP), the campaign”DERMESAL 2021,” took place onboard the RV Mário Ruivo, between 22^th September and 23^th October 2021. This survey main objective is to estimate biomass, abundance and recruitment indices of the main demersal species.
