This vessel can accommodate 10 crew members (2 seafarers and 8 researchers).
It operates from Aveiro harbour and is able to operate up to 6 miles from the coast and 25 miles from the harbour.
Maris is an essential platform for the Ria de Aveiro research activities, dedicated to bivalves sampling surveys.
